Established in 1956.The Law Firm of Foster Krueger, formerly Rusconi, Foster & Thomas, is located in Morgan Hill, California serving Santa Clara, San Benito, Santa Cruz and Monterey Counties since 1956. Since then, our firm has concentrated on civil matters, with an emphasis on Estate Planning, Trusts and Estate Administration, Probate, Real Estate, and Business Law.

Our Commitment.The law firm emphasizes the personal relationship of the attorney and client. A question directed to any member of the firm will either be answered by that member, or you will be told that your question is being referred to another attorney in the firm who is more directly involved in that area of law.
